It was such a good week last week because ONE. I got my new car and TWO. Results Day.
First. I would like to show you my new car. muahahha! Say hellooo to my Peugeot 207!
This is currently my 2nd peugeot..The only reason why I've got a new car this fast in relation to my not-so old peugeot 206 is because we had a mega old banger which we wanted to trade in before the scrappage scheme expired. =)) My Aunt was actually using the old banger, so we decided to give her my old car and I have this one. All I can say is.. Life is GOOD. (Y)
My friends decided to name him "Baloo" from the Jungle book just because.. hes big and grey. I've never in my life watched The Jungle Book.. but I shall go with that. xD
Moving on to my 2nd news.. Results Day. I was genuinely worried about results day because I didn't have a good feeling about the exams I took in Jan. I didn't even tell my mum it was results day incase I disappointed her. But OMG. did I have a heartattack. I got all As in 2 Maths and 3 Economics papers. I was seriously not expecting that! But BOY, am I glad thats over!! NO-RETAKES! thank-god.
I'm sorry for making this entry sound so braggy. I'm just... really HAPPY! Thats all! =))

Shimizu Shota: JOURNEY
Shimizu Shota, one of my favourite Japanese artists recently released his 2nd album Journey which I highly recommend. I'm glad he's becoming more active now!
Just a month ago he collaborated with Miliyah Kato again for the second time with Forever Love which is bascially a more upbeat version of Love Forever.
His album Journey generally contains a mellow and smooth, yet head-bopping mood. Its the sorta album that makes you smile and reminds you the coming of spring--its his silky voice that does it xP.
I don't know why I think this, but I think this album is probably best enjoyed while lying on grass under the sun as it has that carefree feel to it. xP I think I might try that when the weather gets a bit better here. haha.
Anyway, below is the song 桜 from his album. Enjoy! =))

March Update!
Its been a while since I've properly blogged! I've had millions of exams going for the past 2 months which explains why there has been such inactivity!
Anyways!
My mother recently came back from her 1 month trip to Hong Kong and sent back 4 mahoosive parcels containing stuff she'd bought. I felt a bit guilty that one of the boxes mainly contained my stuff that I'd asked for. (*≧▽≦)
Obviously I couldn't let this opportunity go! xP
Most of the stuff I asked for were cosmetics from Sasa--gotta love that place! ^^~
I apologise for the photo quality.. I had to take it with my phone as I gave my mother my camera and itouch (so she could use wi-fi-- had to live without those for a month T_T).
So in the picture above..
Palty Gel Liner
2 x "My Beauty Diary" masks in Cool and Apple
Fairy Drops Mascara
2 KATE eyeshadow pallets
2 x Lip Ice lip balm in Orange and Apple
Some other lip balm in a posh case. xP
Other than cosmetics.. I also asked for these mix-style headphones which are popularly worn by various Korean artists! xD Although I asked for a black one with a pink star.. my mum couldn't find one, so she opted for this one instead. oh wells! I'm not to fussed!
Although it looks fashionably cool.. I'm not too impressed with the quality of the sound it produces. I can't really complain as they were only HK$54!! Bless my mother for not knowing they were fake ones! xD Oh wells!
Korean celebrities wearing them:
Younha <3
Sohee from Wonder Girls
Kim Bum sporting a pink pair! xD
I also asked for some Japanese magazines particularly Popteen (which is incredibly popular in Japan) FEB and MARCH editions and Scawaii. I'm amazed at their fashion styles and make-up!! If I'd lived there.. I would never be able to stop shopping! O_o.
and what amazes me even more is the fact all the girls look flawless and so Hime/Gyaru and I've not seen one single person with black hair...! xD
That concludes this post of my recent haul from Hong Kong. =))
I don't really know what kinda stuff I should post nowadays since this blog doesn't really contain a specific theme...
I installed this traffic feed onto here about a month ago, and it seems like about 90% of my visitors come from google search on my ulzzang posts! haiii! >_<;; Need to work harder! xP

Circle Lens: EOS Adult Grey
This post is long overdue since I haven't had time recently to blog anything decent as I've had exams going on this month. >_<;; But back in the beginning of January, my pair of EOS Adult Grey circle lens arrived along with a very cute pink case. =))
As you can see.. they really aren't that grey at all. It looks more blue/purple-ish.
Here is a comparison I made with and without lens. The lens overall do not give too much of an enlarging effect, but it does give that crystal kind of look to your eyes which I like.=))
Its certainly lighter than I thought it was going to be. In natural lighting, they make your eyes look more blue/purple rather than grey. But overall, I really like these lenses, they're comfortable and they don't make my eyes look too alien-ish and the colour shows up pretty well on dark irises.

TOPSHOP Spring Summer Collections 2010 and Kiki Kang
Topshop has recently released their 2010 Spring Collection and after having a quick browse, I think I can safely say that this will not be the last you'll see of Floral!
I'm actually really liking this new collection, because its totally different from their previous collection of graphic prints, retro Americana style pieces or metallic leggings which I wasn't particularly into. This year's one is certainly looking promising and what's more, is that they're using Kiki Kang as one of their Ad Campaigners.
Although she's still not incredibly well-known, she definitely has a fresh and versatile look that sets her aside from other typical fair complexioned Asian models.
Kiki Kang for Editorial Vogue Taiwan, October 2009
I hope she continues to make it big in the future!

Piano Cover: Yiruma
Yiruma, a South Korean pianist, is one of many people whom I greatly admire. Being a piano player myself, his songs are particularly enjoyable to play, because it has such a soothing quality. Yiruma has composed numrous well-known songs and one of them includes River Flows In You.. (more famously known as Bella's Lullaby from Twilight...)
I haven't uploaded a decent youtube video in like 3 years, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to do a cover of one his famous songs and share it on here. =))
oh, and sorry about the prominent mistakes!.. I couldn't be bothered to re-record. >_<;;

Happy New Year!
HELLOOO 2010! =))
I remember around this time last year, I was writing the exact post on my xanga.. [post here] and it frightens me to know that time is definitely passing by rather too quickly for my liking!! xP
Comparing to what I wrote about 2008 and the events that happened last year, I have to say again, nothing REALLY stood out for me. Just to be a little more depressing, 2009 probably wasn't my BESTEST year.. but I'm hoping 2010 will be packed with lots events filled with positivity goodness! =))
Resolutions I made for 2009 (pasted from last year xP)
- To keep healthy -; or more bluntly said. Lose Weight. ugh. I really need to get my arse off and do some running on the machine once in a while.
- Only spend enough money, and not more than necessary. --; seriously, I've spent SO much last year.. especially on clothes! Those korean imported clothing were nice, but there were just TOO much!
- PASS MY DRIVING TEST ON MY FIRST GO. --; CRUCIAL one here. I'm in dire need to drive. xD I want my freedom... I've only had 2 lessons, but I feel the neeed for speeed. xD
- This is Winnie's one... "Find a BF" --; one word. HAHAHAH.
SO. I guess. Goodbye 2008... and you. =))
Conclusion:
1) To Keep Healthy: hmmm, I think it was kinda on and off really, it wasn't really consistent healthy eating, nor hardcore excercising. Although I was more conscious of what I ate.. [not all the time] I can't say I've seen results.. therefore to conclude: FAIL
2) Only spend enough money: At the beginning of the year, I did think twice before buying anything, but as soon it reached summer, I couldn't stop myself -- also being in HK for a month didn't help. xD And since I've just turned 18, I have more flexibility in spending with my card, therefore Internet Shopping has been the way to go really..and plus owning a car is pretty expensive! So to conclude: FAIL
3) Pass my Driving test on first go: I can now finally say that this is the FIRST resolution that I've EVER accomplished. I did indeed pass my driving test on my first go!! =)) To conclude: A BIG FAT PASS
4) "Find a BF" : conclusion: HAHAHHAHAH
So just to make fun of myself next year, here is a list of my New Year Resolutions for 2010:
1) Reduce my time watching Korean Dramas - its taking over my lifeee!!
2) Work hard for A-Levels and get into the Uni I want to get in to! >_<;;
3) Do a lot of travelling, instead of going back to Hong Kong like I do almost every year - the place is starting to really bore me in all honesty..
4) Visit Seoul!! =))
5) Meet amazingly new people at Uni!
6) Update this blog every so often and build some sort of reputation with it! ^^
7).. and finally.. Compose a song with Winnie Leung. - Me on the piano, and her with her amazing vocals...LOL - my biggest anticipation YET. xD
So I guess.. Happy New Year and I hope 2010 will bring you lots of luck and happiness!! =))
